Where do you ship?
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free to all three countries. There is no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–10 business day delivery period after dispatch — around 4–12 business days in total. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Some items are excluded — see our refund policy for full details.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
