A bucket is the reason floors do not get washed. Filling it, carrying it, tipping it out and putting it away is most of the work, and it is enough to make a five-minute job feel like a chore.
A spray mop removes that step. The reservoir is filled at the tap and carried on the handle, and a trigger mists the floor directly in front of the head, so the floor is dampened and wiped in one pass. There is no wringing, no sloshing, and no bucket standing in the hall afterwards.
The head is a wide flat plate carrying a replaceable microfibre pad, so the pad doing the work can be swapped part-way through a large floor and washed afterwards rather than rinsed back into dirty water.
